The room had a nice vibe with fun decorations, and being in the heart of Ponce was perfect for exploring. It was great to have free WiFi, and the spaciousness made it feel a bit less cramped than others I've been in. The staff was super attentive and the place felt clean, which is always a plus when traveling with kids.

The shower door didn't close well, which was a bummer, but some might not mind.

There were a seating area, a writing table, iron and ironing board in the room, liked that. The location was marvellous and good, at a moderate distance from Museo de Art de Ponce. The hotel itself was in a beautiful area, not far from the center, numerous restaurants and El Pueblo de Ponce. The food they offered was great, had variety of meals👍
